Members needed a more reliable app experience, a usable map, a simple rewards loop, and a straightforward way to support the project through a store.
Solution
Built out the map and daily rewards, shipped a store page with Stripe checkout, and worked through bug reports with small, shippable fixes.
Outcome
A clearer in-app map and rewards loop, a working store path, and a more reliable forum and app for the community.
